System Assessment Services

ICAAV offers four levels of air system assessment services: a new customer system evaluation, a walk-through evaluation, a system assessment and a fully-instrumented system audit.

The new customer system evaluation is a FREE service that usually take 1 to 4 hours and helps us understand your system. We can usually find saving opportunities during this visit.

The walk-through evaluation is a detailed inspection with documentation that usually takes 4 to 16 hours.

The system assessment is a more detailed evaluation using software modeling to project usage and provide energy saving recommendations. This usually takes 2 - 5 days. Pricing for the system assessment depends on the size and complexity of your compressed air system. We will provide a free quote upon request (quote requires performance of the free walk-through evaluation) .

For the instrumented system audit, we precisely measuring air usage over several days in order to determine system baseline and load profiles. We scrutinize both supply and demand side dynamics, beginning with the compressor package itself, then coolers, filtration, distribution arrangement and condition, end-use equipment, storage, controls and leaks. We compile all of this information in an understandable report that gives valuable product-neutral recommendations. The whole process takes 3 - 10 days. Pricing for the system air audit depends on the size and complexity of your compressed air system. We will provide a free quote upon request (quote requires performance of the free walk-through evaluation) .

Equipment Training

You a Do-It-Yourself’er? We commend you! There are probably some questions that you have developed over the years.

We offer training in the operation and maintenance of your equipment using a building-block approach that takes you from overview to nuts-and-bolts. All for the price of standard labor plus student reference materials.

We’ll provide audio-visual classroom training or “hands-on” at the production floor, or both.

Please schedule at least two weeks in advance so that we can prepare materials for your specific models of equipment.
